New Check-in closing time
In order to improve the user experience and the proper functioning of the website, from Monday 14/05/2018 the Check-in for tournaments will end 10 minutes before the start of the competition. The duration of the Check-in will remain the same.
With this, we will be able to have the matches ready before the start of the tournament in order to contact your opponent and start preparing the games.

Arena Rank Improvements: International and per Game
The Arena Rank has been improved in order to balance the rewards to suit the effort of all players regardless of region and game.
- Game Rank is removed
- Removed country-based Arena Rank rewards
- Added International and Per Game Arena Rank allowing all players to compete on a level playing field.
- Expanded the number of Arena Rank winners each month from 10 to 15.
- Total prize pools increase based on the number of players in that month, the more players the bigger the prize pool becomes.

New level and experience system
A new level system has been implemented in which we have eliminated the monthly level resets, so that:
- Permanent and unlimited level system (this means no level cap).
- Every level up will give a reward of Gold and Runes, the rewards of the Leagues will be reset to balance the gains.
- Every 5 levels an extra bonus Gold and Runes reward is given in an unlimited way.
- Losing gives a % of the total experience that allows you to keep leveling up.
- Redistribution of the direct reward level bands to the new system.
- In addition to this we include two penalties to regulate the rewards of such a system:
Players who do not show up for a match will have a penalty of 100% full negative of the reward they should have for winning that match (tournaments and leagues).
Players who do show up and do not play the match due to a no-show will receive 50% of the full reward (tournaments and leagues).

Gamification improvements and economic preparation
During the month of September, we will introduce new improvements and new rewards. After the elimination of the Gold by division, we have analyzed how the economy has evolved and we wanted to reintroduce rewards for milestones, thus the system of:
- Permanent achievements (3 levels each achievement)
- Daily missions
- Challenges (prize modalities for winning streaks with surprise prizes, not only Gold).
- In order to give a margin with respect to the current Gold earnings and the values of the prizes, we have had to increase the value of the prizes by +28% to prepare the economy for this new type of reward. We considered at the time modifying the gold rewards for victory but we believe that this would be detrimental to the progress of the players, so we have finally decided to increase the value of the prizes.
